HaulGrid SMS Notifications

HaulGrid sends operational SMS notifications to authorized users, drivers, fleet partners, subcontractors, and customer contacts. These messages are used to support dispatch, hauling, ticketing, order, settlement, and other logistics-related communication within the HaulGrid platform.

HaulGrid SMS messages are transactional and operational in nature. HaulGrid does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional campaigns.

Messages may include:

• Dispatch assignments
• Order updates
• Pickup and delivery information
• Material details
• Load counts
• Start times
• Ticket reminders
• Settlement-related notifications
• Other hauling-related operational communications

A user may opt in to HaulGrid SMS notifications when their company, dispatcher, or HaulGrid customer adds their mobile number to HaulGrid for dispatch communication and confirms that the user has agreed to receive operational SMS messages from HaulGrid.

For fleet partner and subcontractor dispatch communication, the HaulGrid customer first establishes a business relationship with the fleet partner or subcontractor. The fleet partner or subcontractor then provides a mobile number for dispatch communication or authorizes the HaulGrid customer to use that mobile number for operational SMS notifications related to hauling work assigned to them.

By opting in, the user agrees to receive operational SMS messages from HaulGrid. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity and the user's role within HaulGrid. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may opt out of HaulGrid SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any HaulGrid SMS message. After opting out, the user will no longer receive SMS notifications from HaulGrid unless they opt back in.

Users may reply HELP to any HaulGrid SMS message for help. Users may also contact HaulGrid support at support@haulgrid.net.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to provide HaulGrid operational messaging services. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

HaulGrid does not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information with lead generators, advertisers, or third parties for marketing purposes.
