Orders & Dispatch
Keep customer work, changing schedules, and truck assignments connected.
Our Story
HaulGrid was not created in a boardroom by software executives trying to enter trucking. It was built from years spent inside aggregate and bulk hauling operations—dispatching trucks, chasing paper tickets, helping drivers, processing billing, and keeping work moving when the day did not go as planned.

Paul Hardison
Founder of HaulGrid · Built from hauling experience
Built from real hauling operations
Before HaulGrid existed, founder Paul Hardison spent years working throughout aggregate and bulk hauling operations.
He saw dispatchers balance customer calls, driver changes, text messages, paper notes, and spreadsheets. He watched office teams spend hours sorting tickets, correcting information, and preparing work for billing. He experienced the same missing paperwork, communication gaps, and disconnected systems that hauling companies still fight every day.
Instead of waiting for someone else to solve those problems, he began building the platform he wished the industry already had.
That platform became HaulGrid.
The work stays connected
Real-world flowKeep customer work, changing schedules, and truck assignments connected.
Give the field a clear path to submit the information the office needs.
Bring ticket details into a consistent review flow before they reach billing.
Move completed, reviewed work toward invoicing and settlement preparation.
Industry credibility
Long before HaulGrid, Paul worked closely with industry technology providers, product teams, haulers, producers, and transportation professionals across the aggregate and bulk materials business.
His industry involvement included speaking to Command Alkon employees about the real needs of bulk haulers and being recognized by Command Alkon as its 2021 Bulk Hauler of the Year.
Those experiences helped shape HaulGrid's approach: listen to the people doing the work, understand how the operation actually functions, and build tools around the business instead of forcing the business to work around the software.
Product philosophy
We believe hauling companies should not have to reshape their operations around software.
HaulGrid connects the work that already happens every day—from customer orders and dispatch to drivers, field tickets, invoicing, settlements, and reporting. Each part works together because that is how the hauling business works.
The goal is simple: reduce the paperwork, remove unnecessary re-entry, improve communication, and help companies move completed work toward billing faster.
The product follows the way aggregate and bulk hauling work moves through a company.
Dispatchers, drivers, office teams, and owners work from the same connected load record.
Questions are handled by people who understand the pace and pressure of hauling operations.
Start with the workflows that matter now and expand as the operation is ready for more.
Founder
Paul Hardison is the founder of HaulGrid and brings deep experience across aggregate and bulk hauling operations. His background spans driving, dispatch, operations management, customer service, ticket processing, billing, technology implementation, and the day-to-day realities of trucking operations.
After years of working with industry software and pushing vendors to better serve haulers, Paul began building HaulGrid around the problems he encountered in real operations.
That background shapes HaulGrid, bringing firsthand hauling experience directly into the product.
Looking ahead
HaulGrid began as a way to solve everyday operational problems, but the vision extends further.
We are building toward a more connected aggregate and bulk hauling industry—where haulers, drivers, dispatchers, office teams, producers, customers, fleet partners, and trusted technology providers can share the information needed to keep work moving without losing control of their own businesses.
HaulGrid is still growing, but its direction will remain grounded in the same principle that started it:
Build what real haulers need.
The best way to understand HaulGrid is to follow a real load from the customer order through dispatch, the driver, the ticket, and the office.
