HaulGrid / Hauling operations

Construction Hauling Software

Keep construction material hauling organized by the work it belongs to, from the first order to the supporting tickets your customer needs.

Separate the customer from the job and destination

A construction customer can have several active jobs and delivery locations. A load of base for one job should not be confused with material delivered elsewhere for the same customer. Clear job, material and location context matters before the truck leaves and again when the invoice is reviewed.

HaulGrid Orders carry the scheduled hauling demand, pickup/drop-off locations, materials and units. Dispatch assigns work from that plan. Saved delivery sites and supported manual destinations keep the location attached to the order, even when the address has not been saved as a site.

Adjust the plan without losing committed work

Construction schedules change. A requested load count may increase, an outside hauler may be needed or unused capacity may move. The dispatcher needs room to make legitimate planning changes without erasing assignments or completed work.

HaulGrid supports company and Fleet Partner planning with committed-load protections. Future dispatch can be prepared privately and released under the applicable driver visibility setting. Dispatch Groups can organize views, while permissions and Fleet Partner scope continue to control actual access.

Give the office evidence it can connect to the job

At the office, a scale ticket needs to be reviewed in the context of the material and job. A late upload is not necessarily a late delivery. Keep ticket date and upload date distinct, preserve the original image and resolve unclear quantities before billing.

HaulGrid connects driver capture, OCR-assisted entry and office review. Driver submissions against assigned work let the office compare ticket details with the planned job. Human-corrected dates and quantities remain protected when OCR is run again.

Produce a hauling invoice, not a construction project ledger

HaulGrid connects approved, reviewed tickets to customer invoicing. Check the selected loads, quantities, rates and applicable charges before creating the invoice. Customer references and ticket evidence help explain the work billed. Required image packages must be complete rather than quietly omitting supporting tickets.

The focus is construction material transportation: dispatch, tickets, customer invoicing and settlements. This is not a claim to replace a general contractor project-management or construction accounting system. Use a demonstration to follow one hauling job across those operational and office handoffs.
