Aggregate Hauling Software
Keep sand, gravel, crushed stone and base moving without separating the hauling day from the records your office needs. HaulGrid connects orders, trucks, tickets and billing.
Follow the material from the order to the office
Aggregate work is organized around customers, jobs, materials, pickup points and destinations. The same customer may have several jobs in progress, and the same truck may carry several loads. The office needs those distinctions to survive the handoff from dispatch to ticket review.
HaulGrid connects Orders and Dispatch to submitted tickets and eligible billing. Dispatchers plan loads and assign company or outside trucks. Drivers submit evidence, and office users resolve missing or questionable details before that work is used financially. The record of planned work stays connected to what was actually captured.
Give each team the context it needs
A dispatcher needs remaining work and available equipment. A reviewer needs the ticket date, quantity and original evidence. A billing user needs trusted customer, job and rate context. Aggregate trucking software should connect those views without treating every user as an administrator.
HaulGrid uses role-based workflows and scoped Fleet Partner access. Company trucks and subcontractor haulers can participate in the same operational plan while ownership and permissions remain distinct. The Driver App supports assigned work and ticket submission rather than requiring drivers to reconstruct office billing records.
Keep the full billing agreement in view
The hauling amount is only part of some agreements. Configured fuel surcharge and Additional Charges can also affect the invoice. Review the hauling quantity, unit, rate and applicable charges together before creating the customer invoice.
HaulGrid keeps a record of pricing changes and protects committed invoices and settlements. Before creating an invoice, authorized users can review and adjust its line rates. Reviewing or approving a ticket does not guarantee that its final billed rate can never change. Customer invoicing and hauler settlements remain separate responsibilities, supported by the same load evidence.
A specialized TMS, evaluated with your work
HaulGrid is a transportation management system for dump truck, aggregate and bulk hauling operations. Its focus is ticket-heavy construction material work, not a generic freight marketplace or a promise to optimize every route automatically.
For a useful demonstration, bring the shape of a typical job: material, truck mix, rate basis and the way tickets reach the office. Include an exception such as an outside hauler or unclear ticket. Seeing that record move through review and billing is more useful than a feature checklist alone.
