Bulk Hauling Software

Bring the load plan and the paperwork together for bulk and pneumatic hauling. Keep material, location, quantity and customer context connected through the day.

Keep material and location context attached to the load

Bulk hauling records need to distinguish the material moved and the work it belongs to. Cement, fly ash, powder and other bulk construction materials can share trucks or customers without sharing the same job or billing agreement. A truck name and a quantity alone leave too much for the office to reconstruct.

HaulGrid Orders carry customer, job, material, location and unit context into dispatch. The dispatcher chooses the assignments, including company equipment and outside hauling capacity. The software organizes that work; it does not replace equipment suitability checks or the judgment required at a loading or receiving site.

Make the field-to-office handoff usable

Ticket photos should arrive with enough context to be reviewed against the work. The original evidence matters when a number is faint or a handwritten note explains a difference. Typing the same record into separate dispatch and billing sheets creates another chance to lose that explanation.

HaulGrid supports driver ticket capture, office image uploads and OCR-assisted entry. Automatic approval remains subject to configured checks. Reviewers can inspect evidence and correct facts; a later OCR pass cannot overrule protected human-corrected dates or quantities.

Review the unit and the agreement before billing

Bulk-hauling invoicing needs the correct quantity and rate basis, not simply the largest number printed on a ticket. Confirm the customer/job relationship, applicable hauling rate and whether configured fuel surcharge or Additional Charges belong on the invoice.

HaulGrid supports ticket-based invoicing, with a record of the rates used. Preparing the invoice attachment does not send it automatically or change its rates. The office can prepare supporting documents and then explicitly choose the send action.

Know where the hauling workflow ends

HaulGrid is focused on dispatch, tickets, invoicing, driver workflows and settlements. It should be evaluated as bulk hauling management software, not assumed to be a silo-control system, industrial process controller or replacement for a site safety procedure.

Bring your material list, representative ticket formats and billing agreements to a demonstration. Follow a bulk load through the office handoff and ask how exceptions are reviewed. That establishes fit for the actual hauling operation without relying on a generic transportation feature list.
