HaulGrid / Daily dispatch
Dump Truck Dispatch Software
Plan the hauling day with the work, trucks, and drivers connected. HaulGrid helps aggregate and bulk hauling companies coordinate company trucks and outside haulers, then carry that work through to tickets and the office.
The day changes. Your dispatch plan needs to stay together.
A customer needs another load. A truck becomes unavailable. An outside hauler needs the details for the morning. When the plan lives across calls, texts, and handwritten lists, every change creates another round of checking.
HaulGrid gives the dispatcher a place to organize the work and make the assignments. It is built for the mix of company equipment and subcontractor hauling that keeps aggregate and bulk jobs moving.
Before the first load
Build a workable hauling day
Start with the work, not another message thread
Organize customer work into Orders with the job, material, hauling locations, scheduled date, and planned loads together. Give the office a shared starting point for the day instead of rebuilding the plan from calls and notes.
Coordinate your trucks and outside haulers
Plan company and subcontractor work in the same dispatch workflow. Assign trucks and drivers to the work they will haul, and see the assignments alongside the Orders they support.
Prepare tomorrow without sending it too soon
Build a future day before making it visible in the Driver App. When future-date viewing is enabled, release that day when the plan is ready. Your dispatcher decides when to release it.
Follow the work beyond the assignment
Assigned work appears in the Driver App. Dispatchers can follow assignment status as work progresses and inspect linked ticket information when it comes back. The plan and the evidence of the load do not have to become separate office projects.
That connection continues into ticket review and invoicing. A dispatched load is not automatically a billable ticket; the office still checks the information that supports billing.

HaulGrid supports the dispatcher's decisions. People choose the work, make assignments, and decide when future dispatch is ready for drivers. Software does not replace the judgment behind which truck should haul which load.
The workflow comes from experience in hauling operations, including the handoff between dispatch, drivers, and the office.
